Holiday Home Tour

Holiday Home Tour 2019 badgeFor more than three decades, the Holiday Home Tour has been a cherished tradition of the Home Tour League, raising funds for Women's Services. Attendees view selected Santa Clarita Valley homes exceptionally decorated for the Holiday Season. Each home is professionally decorated and adorned according to a chosen theme. In addition, Holiday Home Tour festivities include a Preview Gala and a Holiday Boutique.

The Home Tour League grew out of a 1981 fundraising project of the Auxiliary with Betty Burke as chairwoman for the first Holiday Home Tour. In 1982, the Home Tour League was founded to expand the volunteer base and promote participation from the community. In 1990, a Preview Gala held on the evening before tour day was added to celebrate the Home Tour League’s tenth anniversary. The Gala was so successful that has become an annual event.
Since its inception, the Home Tour League has focused on fundraising for Women’s Services. To date, the League has raised upwards of $1,000,000, which includes naming two rooms in the Emergency and Trauma Center and a Nurses Station in the new Patient Tower. One of their most recent and gratifying accomplishments has been the Kim and Steven Ullman Neonatal Intensive Care Unit which opened in 2012. This year, funds raised will go towards the Center for Women and Newborns in the new Patient Tower.
