Vice President, Marketing and Communications
Marlee Lauffer was appointed President of the Henry Mayo Hospital Foundation in September 2015 and also serves as the Hospital’s Vice President of Marketing and Communications. Previously, Marlee was Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Newhall Land, the developer of Valencia and the future Newhall Ranch. A 26 year resident of the Santa Clarita Valley, Marlee has been deeply involved with the local business and nonprofit community and has volunteered extensively at the Hospital, serving on its Foundation Board and Hospital Board of Directors.
Director of Development
Andrei Nikitin brings more than 15 years of broad fund development experience to the Foundation. At Henry Mayo, he focuses on expanding relationships with major supporters, while ensuring appropriate recognition and stewardship. His goal is to broaden Henry Mayo’s philanthropic constituencies through cultivating strong relationships with new major donors.
Annual Giving Officer
A development and writing professional with more than a decade of experience in nonprofit environments, Laura Chesler manages the planning, implementation and revenue development for all annual giving programs, including direct mail, corporate giving, memorial giving and major gifts. She also oversees the Foundation's largest fundraising event, the Frontier Toyota/Henry Mayo "Drive Safe" Golf Classic, now in its 46th year. She is an experienced public speaker and a nationally published freelance writer.
Donor Relations Officer
As Donor Relations Officer, Renee works closely with the Foundation Board of Directors. She also manages the Healthcare Hero Program and targeted capital campaign efforts, donor recognition, naming opportunities and acknowledgement of significant philanthropic gifts. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from UC Davis and has more than 10 years experience working in the medical and health industry

As Administrative Assistant for the Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital Foundation, Patty Talumassawatdi provides a wide variety of support to the Foundation President and staff.
Patty holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
Patty, who also volunteered at Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital prior to joining as a staff member, brings more than 8 years of experience in hospitality and hotel management to her role in the Foundation.

Sha'rrie Lightner has worked in the non-profit sector for more than 15 years, and supports the Foundation staff in all donor database management.
She has managed and converted several constituent software programs, and with her expertise in Raiser's Edge, posts gifts, provides event support, prepares queries and exports, and runs target analytics.
