Free Sports Injury Screening

Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital’s Outpatient Therapy Services is pleased to provide FREE injury screening to Saugus Spartan Football athletes.

The 30-minute screenings include:

• Mobility assessment by a licensed physical therapist
• Orthopedic special tests
• Strength measurements
• Recommendations for home care
• Referrals to appropriate physicians and specialists

Appointments are required, please complete the form below to schedule. The injury screening is a great opportunity for athletes to check their readiness and reduce injury risk heading into camps. Slots are limited, and early registration is encouraged.

This is an injury screening only and no treatment will be performed. Screenings will be done at our Henry Mayo Fitness and Health location at 24525 Town Center Drive.
