A background in athletics and other outdoor activities has cultivated Mike Saguibo’s passion for Physical Therapy.
He graduated from California State University at Northridge in 1999, obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. After working in the entertainment industry for five years, he realized that his compassion for sports and amiable personality was more suited for helping others change their lives. His interests in athletics lead him back to school to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. In 2009, he earned his Masters degree in Physical Therapy, also from California State University at Northridge. Mike is now the Supervisor of the Outpatient Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab clinic at the new Henry Mayo Fitness and Health Center. He brings a fresh perspective and approach to quality patient centered care to the clinic. He has also recently obtained a Fellowship in Applied Functional Science from the Gray Institute allowing for an upright functional approach to patient assessment and rehab. His interests include both orthopedic and sports specific rehabilitation. Mike will always find time to quality time with other patients, his family, as well as being avidly involved with recreational sports activities.English
