Layla Najibfard, PharmD Named 2025 Preceptor of the Year

Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital is proud to recognize Layla Najibfard, PharmD, as the recipient of the 2025 LA/San Fernando Valley Region Preceptor of the Year Award, presented by Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy at University of the Pacific.

This distinguished recognition reflects Dr. Najibfard’s dedication to pharmacy education and her commitment to the University’s Experiential Programs. Her students nominated her for this award, praising the high quality of her teaching, her excellence in practice, and her ability to inspire and motivate them to become compassionate, competent healthcare providers.
