Program Summaries:
College + Sports Performance Program
- 18+ years old
- Training to Compete program
- Competitive program centered on getting the athlete ready for their competitive season
High School Sports Performance Program
- 14-18 years old
- Training to Compete program
- More structured program to improve strength, speed and power
Middle School Sports Performance Program
- 11-14 years old
- Training to Train program
- Teaching young athletes the fundamentals of strength and conditioning
Youth Performance Program
- 8-12 years old
- Learning to Train program
- Deliberate play through: Awareness, Balance, Locomotion, Agility, Jumping, Throwing, Sprinting
