Program Summaries:

College + Sports Performance Program

  • 18+ years old
  • Training to Compete program
  • Competitive program centered on getting the athlete ready for their competitive season

High School Sports Performance Program 

  • 14-18 years old
  • Training to Compete program
  • More structured program to improve strength, speed and power

Middle School Sports Performance Program

  • 11-14 years old
  • Training to Train program 
  • Teaching young athletes the fundamentals of strength and conditioning 

Youth Performance Program

  • 8-12 years old
  • Learning to Train program
  • Deliberate play through: Awareness, Balance, Locomotion, Agility, Jumping, Throwing, Sprinting
