    Every program begins with a thorough health screening and assessment process to ensure your training plan is built specifically for you. We utilize the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) as our primary movement assessment tool. This allows us to identify movement imbalances, mobility limitations, and stability concerns before you begin training. By addressing these factors early, we improve movement quality, reduce injury risk, and build a stronger foundation for long-term success.

    In addition to movement analysis, we use an InBody bioelectrical impedance scale to gather precise and comprehensive body composition data. Rather than relying solely on weight, the InBody scale provides actionable insights into muscle mass, body fat percentage, and overall body composition. This allows us to track meaningful progress and adjust your program based on measurable results.

    Using this detailed assessment information, our degreed and certified Lifestyle Specialists design fully personalized training programs tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle.
