Clinical Fitness Programs

Cardiac Maintenance Program:

Our Cardiac Maintenance Program is a phase 3 Cardiac Recovery Program. This phase helps you keep the healthy behaviors and habits that you learned in phase 1 and phase 2 of rehab and gain back your independence. We focus on cardiovascular exercise, building strength, and flexibility in a non-medically supervised, small group setting.

How to get started

Our Cardiac Maintenance Program is by physician referral only.  If you have gone through any Cardiac Rehabilitation, you can ask your physicians for a direct referral into this program.  For more directions you can contact our Clinical Integration Coordinator at 661-200-2305.

Parkinson’s Wellness Program:

Our Parkinson’s Wellness Program is an exercise program for patients with Parkinson's who have been directly referred by their physician or therapist. This program follows the PWR! Moves system which is designed to reach each target skill known to deteriorate in people with Parkinson disease. Each class focuses on increasing movement and power through large, exaggerated motions to target rigidity, incoordination and bradykinesia (slowed movements) to improve overall quality of life.
