How to get Started
Getting started in one of our fitness training programs is simple and designed to set you up for success from day one.
When you sign up for a membership, you’ll begin with a complimentary Health Risk Assessment (HRA). This is a thorough health screening and fitness assessment using our specialized evaluation tools. This gives us a better understanding of your current health status, goals, and any limitations so we can guide you safely and effectively into the appropriate program.
Next, you’ll receive two 30-minute equipment orientations. During these sessions, our Lifestyle Specialist will show you how to properly use the equipment, answer any of your questions about our training programs, and help you feel confident navigating the facility.
Our degreed and accredited fitness professionals have strong backgrounds in anatomy, exercise physiology, strength training, nutrition, and recovery. Using proven methods, we create actionable plans to help you move well, move often, and perform at your best.
