Ben’s years as an experienced physiologist allows him to connect, support, and encourage a healthy perspective when it comes to taking care of yourself. He has over 15 years experience working with a wide range of clients, impriving their overall physical health and helping them achieve their goals.

Ben developed a strong passion for health and fitness playing competitive soccer as a youth. He has extensive experience as an exercise physiologist designing exercise programs, administering exercise stress tests, and providing strength/flexibility assessments. He specializes in developing individualized exercise perscriptions to increase clients’ physical fitness, strength, endurance, and flexibility.

Ben graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. In addition, he is certified as a clinical exercise physiologist from the Americal College of Sports Medicine. In his free time, Ben enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports with his son, and being outdoors.

Aeron Abella

Aeron obtains and provides the knowledge to help his clients live a better lifestyle. He believes that everyone should live life worry and pain free. His experience presents him with the ability to provide corrective/functional, muscular hypertrophy, muscular endurance, and weight loss exercises to prepare his clients for daily activities.

Aeron started lifting weights at the age of 17 and played approximately 4 years of basketball in park leagues but his curiosity with human movement led him into the Clinical Rehabilitation realm of Physical Therapy as an Aide. Along with his experience in physical therapy, he has also been involved in Neuromuscular Research with paraplegics at UCLA. With 5 years of combined experience, this proves he loves to get people back on their feet and moving, no matter what the situation or setting.

Aeron graduated from California State University, Northridge with a BS in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Exercise Science. He also attained his CPT through American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). In his spare time, he plays basketball, travels and loves trying different restaurants.



Hannah Lonsinger

Hannah is here to help you feel stronger and happier in your own skin. She has experience working with collegiate athletes to seniors and everyone in between to achieve their wellness potential.

Hannah started out pursuing the clinical route of physical therapy and there found a passion for taking patients to the next level of their fitness goals. She believes that working out and eating healthy should be a lifestyle and a journey to follow. Not only does Hannah have a passion for developing people in the gym but also on the soccer field. Starting from the age of 4, Hannah led her life playing soccer which resulted in an athletic scholarship at The Master’s University. Holding the US National C license, Hannah has been coaching a wide variety of ages and levels since 2016 where her goal is to develop the players into collegiate athletes.

Hannah graduated from The Master’s University in 2019 where she received her degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science in addition to being a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NSAM) certified personal trainer.

Ken Laing

Ken is a fitness professional with more than 20 years experience coaching movement, nutrition, and regeneration. He helps his clients overcome injuries and other temporary setback and end up stronger, more mobile, and resilient against future injuries by focusing on primary movement patterns, balance, flexibility, active range of motion, and strength.
Ken is a lifelong martial artist and uses a variety of strength training methodologies to keep moving well. By using a whole person and habit-based approach, he helps clients achieve their goals and overcome obstacles in fitness and wellness. He has experience working with a wide variety of orthopedic injuries, metabolic conditions, and clients transitioning away from physical therapy. Consistent quality movement is a cornerstone of a long, healthy life.
Ken graduated from California State University, Northridge, with his Masters of Science in Kinesiology - Biomechanics in 2006. He taught Tae Kwon Do, Jeet Kune Do, and Jiu Jitsu for over 20 years, taught for two years in the physical education department at College of the Canyons, and has been a personal trainer for about 20 years. More recently, he has become certified in kettlebells, Functional Movement Screen Level 2, Precision Level 2, Animal Flow, Sleep Coaching, ViPR, and brain-health coaching.



Kyle Jensen

Lifestyle Specialist

Kyle provides motivation for those affected by various health conditions and restrictions. By promoting fitness from a holistic perspective, he encourages the development of basic movement patterns, healthy habits, and the physical capacity for activity. With a main focus to restore functional movements and activities, Kyle addresses everyone's goals in a specific and personalized program.

After gaining his certification as an Emergency Medical Technician he worked for EMS and gained experience working one on one with individuals who had mental and or physical disabilities. Kyle received his bachelor of science degree in Kinesiology: Applied Fitness and Active Lifestyle Development and is an ACSM certified personal trainer.

Kyle strives to help others reach their health and fitness goals, “As humans we are not perfect, but we are highly adaptable, we have the power to turn our failures into successes and our weaknesses into strengths.”



Garland Gibbs

Lifestyle Specialist

Garland is passionate about increasing both the quantity and quality of life for his clients. Through resistance and aerobic-based training he focuses on changing the body composition of his clients and increasing their strength. His training style is client-centric, ensuring each program is tailored to the individual’s needs for optimal results.

Garland’s journey into personal training was fueled by his desire to implement theoretical knowledge into practical application. His experience at 3 WINS Fitness, where he led free community-based fitness programs, solidified his commitment to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals through evidence-based practices.

Garland holds a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology from CSUN. He is certified by the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer and by Precision Nutrition as a Level 1 Nutrition Coach.



Wendy Preza

Wendy is dedicated to promoting health and vitality at every stage of life. She aims to support clients in maintaining their independence and overall well-being. Her approach centers on functional training, injury prevention, and optimizing movement patterns for an active, fulfilling life.

Wendy’s passion for fitness grew from her personal experience as a cross-country runner. Dealing with her own injuries inspired her to understand the importance of proper body movement and injury recovery. She spent 3 years working for an active aging program at Cal State Fullerton, where she gained valuable experience working with older adults.

Wendy obtains a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology, with a concentration in Gerontology. Throughout her academic career, she completed an intensive program to become a Fall Proof Balance and Mobility Instructor, which enhanced her experience in balance and fall prevention.



Kaylee Campos

Lifestyle Specialist

Kaylee brings energy, empathy, and encouragement to every session she leads. With a focus on functional movement and a supportive approach, she aims to help each client feel stronger and more confident in their bodies regardless of where they’re starting from.

Her passion for fitness and mental health began while studying Kinesiology at CSUN and working as a Youth Adult Presenter with NAMI. This experience fueled her desire to guide others in improving both their physical and emotional well-being through movement.

Kaylee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Outside the gym, she enjoys caring for her growing collection of plants and discovering new restaurants around town.



Kory Vargas

Lifestyle Specialist

Kory strives to find your physical potential and make it a reality for you. Kory specializes in strength training that is designed to make you look good and feel good. His goal is to help you find that passion for exercise and make it a lifestyle that you can carry and apply to all kinds of training.

Kory was an athlete in his youth and found great joy in the journey of self-improvement that sports can provide. Training in the gym for athletics at a young age gave him an advantage in understanding how the body can move and what it is capable of. Initially wanting to pursue Sports Medicine, he found more of a passion in the training itself rather than the rehab and preventative process. Kory has experience training all age groups from children to the elderly where the goal is to not only gain knowledge, strength, and ability, but also have fun doing so.

Kory earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology at CSUN in Applied Fitness. He also holds his NASM certification for personal training, and can find him enjoying any activity that involves movement.



Grant Ivarson

Lifestyle Specialist

Grant is committed to helping clients achieve levels of fitness they once thought impossible. By applying advanced principles of resistance training, nutrition, and recovery science, Grant designs programs that optimize hypertrophy, improve biomechanical efficiency, and enhance overall well-being. His approach is focused on each client’s unique goals and abilities while emphasizing progress and injury prevention.

Grant’s passion for coaching evolved from years of success in competitive strength sports, and a commitment to integrating scientific principles in practical settings. He has worked with a diverse range of clients—from world-class strength athletes to general fitness populations—empowering each individual to reach their full potential through evidence-based training and individualized program design.

Grant holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Health from the University of Wisconsin, is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and is an ADEL Certified Coach of High-Performance Athletes. His specialties include Competitive Strength Sports, Bodybuilding & Body Recomposition, and Recovery Optimization.



Cole Berlioz

Lifestyle Specialist

Cole’s training style emphasizes sustainable strength, endurance, and confidence through personalized programs that make fitness both challenging and rewarding. He works with clients of all abilities, from adolescents discovering their fitness potential to older adults committed to staying strong, healthy, and active for life.

Cole’s passion for movement grew into a career focused on helping people take control of their health and wellness through consistent exercise and healthy habits. His experience includes interning in a cardiac rehab clinic, more than four years in corporate wellness, and designing personalized sport training programs. Inspired by endurance sports, he completed an Ironman 70.3 in 2024 and brings that same discipline and focus to every training session.

Cole holds a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from SDSU and is certified as an Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). In his free time, you can find Cole playing tennis, walking his Border Collie Mac, and watching sports.
