Dr. Bingham is a dedicated podiatrist and foot and ankle surgeon with specialized expertise in limb salvage and limb preservation, and a strong clinical focus on advanced wound care. He is highly experienced in the diagnosis and management of complex lower-extremity wounds—particularly diabetic foot ulcers—with the goal of preventing infection, addressing underlying vascular disease, and avoiding amputation whenever possible. His comprehensive approach to care includes surgical and nonsurgical debridement, advanced wound therapies (including amniotic membranes and other biologics), pressure offloading, antibiotic management, and close coordination with vascular evaluation and intervention when indicated.
Equally important to Dr. Bingham is his commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration. He prides himself on building strong partnerships with referring podiatrists, primary care providers, vascular surgeons, infectious disease specialists, and the broader multidisciplinary wound care team. By working collaboratively across specialties, Dr. Bingham seeks to ensure seamless, coordinated care that optimizes healing outcomes while supporting patients through what are often complex and chronic conditions.
In his role as Medical Director for Podiatric Wound Care, Dr. Bingham will play a key leadership role in advancing clinical excellence, strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration, and expanding access to high-quality limb preservation services for the communities we serve.
