About Alon Antebi, DO
Dr. Antebi is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic trauma surgeon, recognized as one of the region’s leading experts in complex joint reconstruction and orthopedic trauma care. He graduated in the top 5% of his class from Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his fellowship in orthopedic trauma at Tampa General Hospital.
Highly sought after across the Antelope Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, and San Fernando Valley, Dr. Antebi is frequently consulted by fellow surgeons for some of the most challenging trauma and joint reconstruction cases. He is known not only for performing complex joint replacements and revising failed implants but also for his advanced expertise in treating severe orthopedic injuries. Dr. Antebi is among the first orthopedic surgeons in these regions to specialize in pelvic and acetabulum fractures, often receiving patient transfers from other hospitals for these rare and complex cases.
A pioneer in surgical innovation, Dr. Antebi was the first to introduce the anterior hip replacement approach to the Antelope and Santa Clarita Valleys. This minimally invasive, muscle-sparing technique allows for faster recovery, reduced pain, and quicker return to normal activities since no muscles are cut during the procedure.
He is also a leader in outpatient total joint replacement, performing numerous successful surgeries that allow patients to walk and return home within 4–6 hours after the procedure. Dr. Antebi remains dedicated to helping his patients resume full, active lives as quickly and safely as possible.
