Having a wound puts extra demands on your body. To heal, you need more nutrients. In this class you will learn strategies to help heal diabetic, vascular, surgical and pressure wounds. Class topics include foods that promote wound healing, which nutrients you may need to increase, lifestyle choices that may slow the healing process, and self-care to help prevent wounds.
