Heart Failure affects about 6 million Americans and is the number one cause of hospitalizations in people over 65 years old.

In the class, you will learn about:

  • What is heart failure and how your body responds to it.

  • What are the causes and risk factors for heart failure.

  • How is heart failure diagnosed and how is it treated.

  • What are the symptoms of heart failure and when should you seek treatment.

  • Lifestyle changes you can make to better manage your heart failure to live a long, productive life.

In-person registration is limited or you may join us via Zoom. You must wear a mask when you attend.
