Join us to learn more about how lifestyle improvements can help you manage diabetes.
This class will explore the effect food has on blood glucose levels, how feelings about food may influence your behavior and how the timing of meals has an impact on blood glucose levels. We will also discuss the role of physical activity in blood sugar control, along with other lifestyle factors.
