Smoke-Free You

Smoking is the number one, most preventable health risk factor in the United States. Smoking causes countless health problems commonly leading to hospitalization, including cardiovascular disease, respiratory illness, and many forms of cancer.

Successful cessation is associated with significantly lower rates of re-hospitalization and mortality. Anyone who has tried to quit smoking will tell you it isn’t easy. Often, people attempt to quit smoking several times before they quit for good.

In this 30 minute session you’ll find information and helpful guidelines to help you set and reach your goal of being smoke free.
