Telephones

Patients can make local calls from the phone at the bedside by pressing 9 and then dialing the phone number. Incoming calls can be received at the bedside if the caller dials (661) 200-2000 and presses 0 to get the operator. Our operators will gladly transfer the call. But please be aware that we do not transfer calls to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Behavioral Health Unit (BHU) beds.

 

To place a call to other departments within the hospital from your bedside phone, press 0 for the operator.

 

Some cell phone numbers are not accessible from the bedside phone. In those cases, press 0 and the operator will assist you.

 

Wireless Internet Access

We offer our patients and visitors wireless internet access. Please ask your nurse for more information. 

 

VIP Media Experience

We’re very excited to offer our patients the Vigo Interactive Patient Communication System—a VIP media experience designed to enhance your hospital stay by providing education, information, entertainment and connectivity—all at your bedside.
