Security
All newborn infants wear special wristbands that sound an alarm if a baby leaves the department. Mothers and fathers wear similar wristbands that identify them as the parents of their infant. For additional security, babies are always transported between your hospital room and the nursery in one of our bassinet.
Online Preadmission Forms
For preadmitting online or for your convenience, you have the option of downloading our preadmission forms
(which are also available at our admitting desk). After filling out the forms, you should drop them off at our admitting area between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. or fax it to (661) 253-8897.
Location
The Women's Unit is located on the second floor of the Main Hospital Building.
Visiting Hours
Visiting hours in the Women's Unit are from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Fathers can visit any time. Healthy siblings (no colds, flus, etc.) of baby can visit from 11 a.m. to
7 p.m. when accompanied by a visiting adult.
