Ernie Pena Memorial Golf Tournament 9/28/2008 Ernie Pena Memorial Golf Tournament will take place Sunday, Sept., 28 at the Elkins Ranch Golf Course, 1386 Chambersburg Road, Fillmore, CA93015. The tournament’s tee time is 11 a.m. and will consist of a four-person best ball scramble format. Cost is $110 per person, which includes the game and a barbeque dinner. Individual dinner tickets can be purchased at $20 per person.
