Volunteer Services Lottery System

Due to an increased number of applicants, volunteer applications will be distributed to individuals chosen through a random lottery system. As there is a large demand among Santa Clarita Valley residents for service hours, we are currently unable to accept applications from outside of the local area.

Submissions for the adult program (18 years or older and local resident) will be accepted in late February/early March (exact date yet to be determined). Please check back frequently for updates. The submission date will be listed here at least two weeks in advance.

Submissions for the teen program (15-18 years old and a local high school student) will be accepted via this webpage on Monday, January 5, 2015 for 24 hours only, beginning at 12:01 a.m.

During the 24-hour online submission period, you will provide very basic information (name, contact info, date of birth, etc.) through this webpage.

If you are selected in the random lottery, you will be contacted via email by the Volunteer Services Department to continue the process.

Due to the large number of submissions, we only contact those who are selected in the lottery.
